Defect products are either within or without warranty. The warranty period differs on each product and is not under 1 year. All products purchased in a “PoS in a Box” solution have a minimum of 3 year warranty in all parts.
Defect products within warranty If the product is received within the warranty period and if the product is found by DigiPoS Store Solutions to be defective within the terms of this warranty DigiPoS Store Solutions will repair or replace the defective product at our option and cost.
NOTE - This warranty does not apply to any failure or defect caused by misuse, accidental damage, abnormal or unusually heavy use, neglect, abuse, alteration, improper installation, unauthorized repair or modification, improper testing, or causes external to the product such as, but not limited to, excessive heat or humidity, power failure, power surges, or natural disaster. DigiPoS Store Solutions makes no warranty with respect to expendable components, any software/images installed by DigiPoS Store Solutions, any experimental or developmental products, compatibility with other hardware and software products introduced after the time of purchase, or products or accessories not purchased at DigiPoS Store Solutions; all of which components, software and products are provided as-is.
Defect products without warranty If you have lost the receipt to your product, your warranty has expired, or purchased the product from third party vendors or auction sites, you product falls under the Out of Warranty RMA category. If you wish to have such a product serviced or repaired by DigiPoS Store Solutions, please be aware of that:
- DigiPoS Store Solutions will charge a flat service fee of DKK 640,- to identify the problems with the product and return with and offer for repair.
- By accept - the repair offer will include service fee and return shipping.
- By refusal - you will be charged the service fee and return shipping.
- Please be advised, if items are reported as faulty are returned and found to be in working order DigiPoS Store Solutions reserve the right to charge a DKK 640,- service fee charged per item for the time spend testing.

RMA Request form: Please give a complete fault description. The repair RMA number is only valid for items originally listed in the request form. The items will only be tested for faults listed, so please describe the problem clearly. For repairs is “Dead” is not an acceptable description. The RMA number is valid in 30 days and only for items listed on the request.
Return Authorization: After receipt of the RMA request, a confirmation and authorisation document will be e-mailed within 24 hours. This document will contain:
- Return RMA number (which also is your reference number)
- Your personal data (please check them carefully for any mistakes)
- The fault description
- A return address label
Shipment of RMA items:
- Returned products must be packaged properly to avoid any shipping damages (original packing is preferred). Any damage or loss of returned goods during transportation shall be the sole responsibility of the forwarder.
- Please do NOT send any accessories (cables, CD's, manuals etc.)
- The RMA number must be placed on the outside of the packing.
