On receipt of DOA request form DigiPoS Store Solutions will if possible immediately return a new product. This new product will be charged your account and credit again when we receive the DOA product according to our terms and conditions of sales and the below listed DOA rules. If you do not want a new replacement product - please make a RMA request from instead.
DOA claim items must be returned in its original and complete package (no labels and writing on the original packing are accepted). Also include accessories, manuals and packing materials.
DOA Request form: Please give a complete fault description. The DOA number is only valid for items originally listed in the request form. The items will only be tested for faults listed, so please describe the problem clearly. The DOA number is valid in 5 days and only for items listed on the request.
Return Authorisation: After receipt of the DOA request a confirmation and authorisation document will be e-mailed within 24 hours. This document will contain:
- Return DOA number (which also is your reference number)
- Your personal data (please check them carefully for any mistakes)
- The fault description
- A return address label
